By placing an order with CellShift, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Research Use Only & General Policy
All products sold by CellShift are research peptides and compounds intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, or any use other than legitimate scientific research. Due to the specialized nature of these materials, all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or improper storage, handling, or use of our products.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:
- The product arrives visibly damaged or compromised.
- You receive an item that is incorrect compared to your order confirmation.
- The product labeling (such as compound name or concentration) is clearly inconsistent with your order.
In these situations, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement product or a refund to the original method of payment.
3. Claims Procedure & 7-Day Notification Requirement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement based on damage, defect, or incorrect items, you must:

- Provide clear photo documentation of the product, packaging, and shipping label showing the issue you are reporting.
Failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery, or failure to provide sufficient documentation, may result in your claim being denied.
4. Opened, Used, or Altered Products
For quality control and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or altered, except where we determine that the product was defective upon arrival and you have complied with the claims procedure set out above.
5. No Refunds for Human or Personal Use Outcomes
Our products are not for human use and are supplied solely for laboratory research applications. We do not provide any warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding outcomes from any off-label, unauthorized, or personal use of our products.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued based on personal use experiences, health outcomes, or any use of our products inconsistent with their intended research-only purpose.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, carrier errors, customs interference, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, refunds and replacements are generally not available. However, we may review issues on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
